The Genesis Automotive Group Corporate Internship is designed for college students between their junior and senior years. It’s the perfect program for a student seeking a career in Marketing, Accounting, and Business Office/Administrative. The program delves into an automotive dealership’s day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Our interns can participate hands-on and gain real-life experience in these various departments. The Corporate Internship is a ten-week program; interns will tour all three dealerships and the corporate office. Corporate Interns will rotate departments to gain exposure in each area.
Learning Path: Introduction (1 Week), Marketing (6 Weeks), Accounting (1 Week), Administrative (1 Week), and Final Project (1 Week).

The Genesis Automotive Group Sales Internship is designed for college student between their junior and senior year. This program is perfect for a student looking for a career in automotive sales. Our Sales Internship will allow interns to learn the entire vehicle sale process, from greeting customers to watching them pull off in their new ride! The intern will work closely with a pre-selected mentor to shadow and provide hands-on assistance and gain real-life experience on all the processes, procedures, and policies involved in vehicle sales and financing. Sales Interns will rotate locations to gain exposure in each area.
Learning Path: Introduction (1 Week), Cadillac (3 Weeks), Chevrolet (2 Weeks), Alfa Romeo (2 Weeks), Finance (1 Week), Final Project (1 Week).
All interns will participate in a Final Project and Exit Interview to showcase their experience and what they learned during the Internship Programs. At Genesis Automotive Group, we are looking for students and top talent to continue to develop and grow our team. With this experience, we can earn a Full-Time Career with our company.
